In the earliest day of civilization, man was already drinking beer. It was found that the oldest evidence of brewing process was engraved on stone about 6000 years ago. It showed us the preparation of the raw materials used for the production of beer in Sumeria of Mesopotamia. This stone was found in the near East and is now kept in the Louvre, the famous museum in Paris.In Egypt, beer jugs have been found in the ancient royal vaults, and on the walls of these vaults, the painting show us step by step how beer was produced in those days. The art of brewing was carried out successfully and the brewing industry flourished. Later, this was passed on the Greeks and the Romans. |
